SMS & AI disclosure
How automated conversations are handled.
Last updated September 5, 2026.
Identification and purpose
Automated messages must clearly identify the landscaping company or APM Resources, describe why the message was sent, and disclose when an AI assistant is handling the initial conversation.
Consent and message frequency
Messaging is configured only after the contact source, phone type, consent basis, applicable requirements, carrier rules, and provider terms are reviewed. Frequency varies with the conversation and configured limits. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP, unsubscribe, remove me, do not contact, or equivalent language to stop marketing messages. Suppression records should include scope and timestamp. Help requests are routed to a person or approved help response.
Safety and human review
The assistant may identify an urgent request and alert staff, but it is not an emergency service, utility, arborist, or safety professional. A human may take over at any time.
Campaign controls
Cold bulk ringless voicemail and automated campaign launch are not enabled by this site. Campaign activation requires manual approval. Quiet hours, frequency limits, consent records, source records, suppression lists, and exportable activity logs are required before launch.
